So Ive been using this p1p for about 250 hours with zero issues. I come in one day and see it had stopped mid print, started it back up and it failed the print. Every print i started running after that got progressively worse till i come in and see spaghetti all on the plate. So i start doing some research into whats going on. and based on that,
Things Ive done:
Factory reset
cleaned hotend/done cold pulls
cleaned extruder
calibrated multiple times
cleaned rods, retensioned x/y belts ( mostly because i dont know where or how to tension the belt assembly in the back of the p1p and didnt want to make things worse)
used different filament
adjusted filament parameters
slowed print down, in slicer and on machine.
reseated antivibration feet
tried setting the machine on the floor and printing there.
and im sure im forgetting some things.
It wont connect to any wifi for me to update the firmware but its currently the 1.05 version. Ive spent hours trying to get it to connect through different versions of things and no avail for one. Even factory reset doesnt take it lower than that firmware version.
so after all that, i can get a benchy that looks like this:
it will make that consistently.
What other options do i have here? This machine ran flawlessly until it didnt and now its doing nothing and nothing has changed, the files werent changed, the location wasnt, filament, all this and its a brock basically. I need some help, please. I really appreciate anyones time and assistance with this.
