Z Axis Misalligned

Have you run the full (extended) bed leveling function?

As others mentioned, since the print head is effectively a point, the “bed” leveling system establishes an even plane across what it assumes to be a flat bed with an X-axis that while even is not necessarily parallel.

It does though definitely appear the that left side (print head) side of the X-axis is a few thread levels higher than the right.

Also as mentioned I’d rely on a ruler instead of a level. Also make certain that the entire machine has not racked due to loose Z-axis retaining screws! Turn upside down and look for four of the larger common screws securing each of the uprights. If they seem very loose I suggest removing the bed and going through each and every screw you can find.
