In my case, it turned out to be settings on the slicer. When you download the slicer, it will include options for every Bambu Labs printer. My print settings were defaulting to the A1 Mini printer. I would recommend going to the printer selection drop down menu, changing your printer to the X1 Carbon, and going to “add/remove printers” option at the bottom of the drop down menu to remove every printer that isn’t the one you have. This fixed the issue for me.
