I’ve just assembled my newly arrived A1.
The Z-axis frame is tilted to the left (when looking at the front of the printer).
This makes the prints come out tilted as well, as you can see with the Benchy.
Has anyone experienced the same issue?
I’ve opened a ticket with technical support and I hope they reply quickly.
Is it likely that they will offer a replacement or a return?
I really hope this gets resolved… I’d like to print things other than the Leaning Tower of Pisa.
If you just bought it you can choose either.
Personally I would order a replacement from the store today and return that one for a refund, but that’s just me.
Get a pic from the underside.
Did you double check that you seated the base and the pillar correctly? Like it isn’t resting on/pinching/being interfered by the cables?
As you can see from one of the pictures I attached earlier, even when the base is not inserted into the vertical frame at all, the pillars are still tilted.
Also, when I place the base onto the vertical structure, it doesn’t sit flush as it should. I’m attaching a picture of this issue as well.
I’ve also tried moving the cable that passes under the vertical frame (the one that needs to go through the small plastic cable guide), but I believe there is enough space for it, so I don’t think the cable is causing the problem.
So yes, it seems I’m dealing with both issues.

Are your wiring looms routed and NOT pinching? Is the gray plastic reasonably flush with the metal frame?
Edit: just to be clear, i think you should have an open support ticket with bambu in any case.
I opened a ticket and they offered to replace the entire printer. Hopefully this one arrives without any defects and everything’s fine. Wish me luck!
