I have the X1C with AMS. I bought it on Kickstarter a little late. I got the printer in September 2022 and have not had any issues. Not any major issues anyways. I’ve owned 30 to 40 other printers, many were very expensive and nothing can compare it to my X1C. I have every nozzle size available and an extra extruder and have the cool plate / engineering plate then I got the textured plate, the black one which only lasted about 9 months. Last month I bought an aftermarket H1H plate and it works amazingly well as it transfers designs and colors to the bottom of your print. I just bought five more aftermarket plates that are working extremely well too. I have thousands of hours on the original nozzle, I only had one issue with the AMS when the filament I was using became brittle and I didn’t realize it but it was easy to take the two screws out of the AMS, pull the tube out then pull the tube from the hot end and run filament through it to get all the broken pieces out. I had put in three tickets with support and they were always answered within 24 hours. I even had a warranty part shipped to me even though the warranty had expired, part of the AMS front roller tab broke but made a weird noise. I probably had the version one insert and they sent me the newest version. Even included the glue they use to keep the circuit boards in place. Got the new part in a couple days. I also had a weird problem two or three months after I bought the printer where I had force sensor 3 issue. I would just loosen the nut and tighten it and bang on the corner of the bed where that sensor was and the error would go away. I contacted support they responded in about 12 hours and 2 days later I had a new cable at my door even though I still haven’t connected it because the problem seems to have gone away when I was banging on the bill played and loosening the nut and playing with the wires in the back of the printer, I think something was just loose. The X1C has been the best money I have spent on a 3D printer and I have been doing this for about 7 years. It’s a big hobby of mine I don’t do it for income.
