Been doing woodworking for a few years including CNC and got interested in printing shop parts. Been on a product exploratory mission as I write this now. I was about to pull the trigger on a X1C. However, at my age, I try to avoid unnecessary frustration caused by poor customer service provided, or not provided, by the manufacturers of the power equipment I use. I am trying to find something here to convince me Bamboo Labs is not a good choice for that reason. So far, I’ve not been successful. Seems like a good product but support…maybe not so much so.
