1.9.7.52 crashes a lot

v1.9.7.52 crashes a lot, is it only me? It would crash when idle, it wasn’t doing this before.
Windows 10 pro

64GB Ram

Wind 10 Pro here. Haven’t had Bambu crash yet, using 1.9.7.52 for 2 days I believe.

It’s odd how low power systems seem to run Bambu Studio better. People with higher end systems always seem to be the ones that have issues with Studio. It seems like it’s the reverse of what it should be.

I didn’t have issue before this update :frowning:

1.9.7.52 working fine on my i5-4590, 16GB DDR3

Windows 10 (Pro, I think)

Have you tried downgrading to the previous version?

Have you checked the Event Viewer under Application to get some more info on the reason for the crash.

If you can post the error here, might be able to point you in some direction if is the slicer or something else interacting causing the crash.

Hey! Low power?!? It was state of the art when I built it in 2012!!! I have two nearly identical then a newer one with the 3770K. Can probably run NASA with the 3 of them

I recently started using P1S@Bambu Studiover 1.9.7 and both Bambu Studio and Orca Slicer force close about 1 or 2 times in 10 when slicing.
I use an AMD Ryzen desktop and an Intel laptop, and it happens on both.
