1200-8010 23175 error

Hi!

We’re getting this error at the start of printing: 1200-8010 23175

The dialogue box says filament spool maybe stuck or filament tangled. Both are not the case.

Can anyone provide any advice?

TY!

This happened to me once (though I’m not sure if the error code was exactly the same). The text was the same, though.
can you check if manually setting the nozzle temperature to 210°C (for PLA, adjust accordingly for other materials) using the Bambu Lab app and extruding works?.

Thanks! We tried that and it helped!

Hello, what was the solution? I have error 1200-8010-031418.
Not able to print anymore. Nothing is stuck or tangled. Manual extrusion is working. Same as when it starts. It is beginning to print normally. loading filament, extrusion, homing, flow calibration, then it’s cutting the filament and showing the error. With ams and with the external spool. Thanks in advance! Thilo

first error is 1200-8007 031520, if I click on find solution, then the other error occures

Coming from a Prusa system, I bought my A1 hoping to downgrade self-work solutions. Nope. First up, no 5th feedhole for the external spool. While I loved using the AMS lite, it can’t handle the more hydro-sensitive filaments that I wanted to use, according to their own information, and that an external spool was recommended for those. So I wanted to be able to feed my external spool without having to yank out the PTFE tube every time I decided to switch filament sources. Yeah, nah, for the many Y-splitter, 5 hole after market sources solutions I tried. They just overly stressed my extruder head or degraded its performance to the point now, in under 2 weeks of use, that I have to replace the extruder body and the PTFE hub. Lesson learned. That said, how hard would it be for Bambu Lab to just sell their printer with 5 PTFE inputs instead of 4?
