If you take a close look at the edges of the first layer, you can see that the filament is getting darker, indicating a change in flow, that’s likely untuned filament. Did you try to run the filament calibration included in Bambu Studio?
There is also a setting to adjust the flow for the first and last layer. Increasing this will likely resolve this issue.
It might also be interesting to know what layer height you are using and if you changed the layer height of the first layer. Going with a thinner first layer on the textured plate is usually an issue.
What filament profile are you using? You have the right nozzle size selected? Is there a difference in location of print on the plate between gcode prints and the one you’re slicing?
So what I understand is that on the first layer it extrudes enough to cause squish the plastic to the bed. This is based off the zoffset which I think is dependent on the type of plate selected. So if you have too little extrusion or too much extrusion based on what you’ve told it weird stuff is going to happen. Having the wrong nozzle size selected definitely going to do weird stuff
