Which config parameters should I play with to avoid this first-layer issue? (this is in standard speed)
it looks as if the print bed is not really clean, it is best to wash it off with soapy water and clean it with isopropanol directly before printing, check whether there are still residues on the underside of the printing plate, or between the heating plate and spring steel sheet and enable bed calibration before printing

Could be a few things, over extrusion which can be changed by setting the flow/extrusion multiplier to a lower number. I have seen similar issues with wet filament and also a warped bed.
Hi guys. I printed this F1 car. The underside (1st layers and supports) are really bad. I used the Auto tree support.
Any ideas or recommendations to get the smoothest underside of this car please? I have the X1C. All settings standard. It’s basic black PLA.
