Since 2.02.57 Bambu Studio was install, I have not been able to communicate correctly with my A1’s AMS lite with any new slices. It seems to always be looking for an external spool or uses the wrong spool. The existing sliced prints on my SD card work just fine. Only fix has been to roll back to 2.01.50. Now I can slice models and the AMS Lite works correctly.

I had a problem that unplugging the AMS lite and then plugging it back in fixed. Not saying that it would fix this, but you should try it.
No update yet. I am certain it is not a hardware problem. It appears to be a Bambu Studio slicer problem with 2.02.57. My old sliced files print fine on the AMS Lite. I uninstalled 2.02.57 and installed the old 2.01.50.
2.03.54 has fixed this problem. AMS Lite is working properly with this version of Bambu Studio.
