Got a brutal clog a while ago the first time using it and simply CANNOT get it clear 
And yes I’ve tried.
I was so stupid and used glow in the dark PLA in it, going to order another especially as this was probably a bootleg.
Any tips anyway? I’ve tried to clear it through the extruder and I can’t get the nozzle cleaning pin in
Use the hex key cold pull method. May need to be done several times in a row and make sure to have filament in the nozzle to pull the gunk out.
