Edit: So that wheel is definitely supposed to spin freely, but my #3 does not. How do I break down this unit further so I can get to that assembly?
Can I purchase just that lower part?
I’m curious as I have the same issue with the #3 wheel, I just did a 4 color print and every time it switched to #3 it jammed and when I went to move the filament the wheel was locked in place. I had to use quite a bit of force to get it to start moving again.
I had to replace that little component which includes that wheel. The repair is really fidgety, but there’s a video about it in the Bambu Wiki.
