IIRC in the early days of X1C there were comments asking why lidar wasn’t being used to correct flow ratio and bambu said lidar just didn’t have enough resolution to make such small corrections reliably.

As discussed. Flow Dynamics is not Flow Rate/Ratio. Flow rate is how you control under/over extrusion to account for how much volume of plastic is coming out of the nozzle. Flow Dynamics or pressure advance corrects for rapid changes in extrusion rate. They are completely different.

But it would be pretty easy to cover both … Simple for the masses - and advanced for the pros.
With something like … let me think about it … like a Developer Mode? 
I mean a real one, not one where you lose all amenities immediately and are then forced to organise everything yourself via detours. But rather a mode where I can simply set and use MORE, which is of no interest to the masses.
