I have some print profiles that are multicolor. I upload them to MakerWorld and click on “3D preview” but sometimes it shows them using just one color. Where do I set it so it’ll recognize that the print profile is multicolor? The window displayed after clicking on the print profile “<” arrow always shows that it’s using multiple colors with AMS but the “3D Preview” doesn’t always catch it.
I’ve noticed the preview doesn’t render filament changes set in the preview tab by layer, only things painted in the prepare tab.

Ah, yes. That must be it. Thanks.
Hi jetpad,
I noticed that your print profile uses “insert color changes in post-process” to implement multicolor printing.
The color is applied during g-code generation, rather than applied to the mesh (geometry). The rendering of print profiles/STLs is based on geometry data, so only single color displayed in your case.
You may use the colorpainting tool to add colors to your model, and the painting will be displayed in the 3D scene of both Bambu Studio and MW preview.
