I think you’ve misunderstood something fundamental here. When you put forward a claim, it goes without saying that you should post the sources in the forum. Usually, you wouldn’t even need to be asked to do so. However, it is possible to forget, which is why you were asked. This is perfectly normal in a forum, and it’s not the responsibility of other users to search for the sources you’re referencing.
How are users supposed to know which videos you’re talking about?
Also bear in mind that, as this is an international forum, YouTube displays different search results and applies different filters depending on the country. So it makes sense to post the direct link.
So calm down; I don’t think this topic is good for your blood pressure.

I think you are just getting too wrapped up in this whole thing trying to impress a point that is much more nuanced.
As for the videos, I’ll review them, thank you, but with the possible exception of the example from Fox, they are just presenters that get revenue by making sensational claims. It’s a business for them and they really don’t need to substantiate anything because they don’t have to report to any agency like the FCC. I take these things with a grain of salt, particularly if they can’t back up what they say with verifiable data and reference their sources. Maybe those videos do. I’ll check them out.
…and just to emphasise that again, because I’m worried that all this frustration and emotion might be preventing you from understanding:
No one has ever been banned just for having a different opinion.
If anyone has been banned, it’s only been because they have insulted someone else extremely and repeatedly across multiple posts. And as I said, the administrators make that decision, not the users, like you, like me - and so far, they’ve always made fair and professional decisions.
LINUX has been continually supported for about 30 years.
Yes it is changed. New code won’t compile on an old system, and vice versa. But there is clear path of upgrade and support, and being an open design, you can patch around any problems that arise. (edit Or more than likely, replace your old system with a newer one, because you have the documentation and source code access to do that),
