Please help. Please advise. It looks like a 3D printer failure.
P1S printer. Filament - petg. Textured PEI plate. The profile in the program is standard: Bambu petzh basic.
I changed only the strength and border in Bambu Studio.
The problem appeared when printing the product and the transition from a good state to a bad one is visible. And now it constantly prints very poorly.
Looks like a partial clog, possibly due to heat creep.
And when the heating element or temperature sensor fails, does the printer display an error?
Of course it does.
Tells you that the sensor is not reading correctly or that the heater is unable to transfer the heat to the hotend.
Only joking of course, there is nothing to tell you about issues.
You need a good temperature probe or a half decent FLIR camera to diagnose related problems.
Usually is the heater heats it can only be an issue with the heat transfer paste.
For the sensor the same is true but they can also just fail and refuse to provide any meaningful readings.
In theory a second temp sensor could help but it also adds more failure points.
