I have just finished to service my printer with the parts bambulab sent me, at the speed of light. they sent me the parts without even waiting a reply from me to their last message.
and they totally hit them without a proper satisfying diagnosis, what they are, wizards ? I almost feel bad when I saw two pieces, like I am making them waste time and parts I did not need. I was wrong.
I am astonished I never ever read someone talking about the fact these products has to be serviced by their owners, that is not a thing in the 99% of products. (think about phone’s batteries)
I say this thinking that in the nineties you could find warranty void stickers even inside the tv remotes.
I started as a kid with electronic kits and I tinker electronic and mechanic stuff like it’s granted but sometimes I remember a lot of people don’t have my personal background and they build it themselves for the cause of their hobby. These people are the best imo
Yes there is a Wiki with all the procedures but still it is not simple
now someone please tell me what was that sort of thermal paste I found between the right nozzle’s dissipator and the top of the socket where it sits
I am very satisfied by the product and the assistance, I will surely buy another one
