For anyone who uses filament sourced from 3D Printing Canada.
I have played around with some the settings for “Standard TPU Filament - 1.75mm, 1kg”, to optimize print quality on the X1C. Bambu Generic TPU settings produced borderline quality. But I was able to pretty well nail it, by changing a few things.
Filament Settings:
In Bambu Studio, start with the GENERIC TPU profile, then modify as follows:
Recommended Nozzle Temp: 225-240
Print Temp, 1st layer 235, Other layers, 230
Cool plate 1st layer: 35
Eng plate 1st layer: 35
All other settings remain unchanged from the Generic TPU profile.
You can save the profile if you wish with a new name - for future quick access.
For print settings (speed, quality, etc): no changes required from defaults.
I was printing with the “0.12mm Fine…” profile - with excellent results
I made some tweaks. Certain prints wants slightly different parameters, so I did a ton of testing to derive a more refined set of parameters. The biggest challenge was to get rid of stringing. Tons of experiments.
Here is the updated set. BOLD text represents changes from before.

Thanks for your time but it would be helpful if you gave us the whole picture
Your Canadian TPU, 95A ? 85A ? or which other ?
Which plate did you use? Engineering at a guess.
On 2nd post you didn’t say “0.12 fine” , was it 0.2 or 0.12 on later prints?
Did you use glue stick ? Liquid glue? blue tape ? or nothing ?
As noted in the thread heading - this is for: 3D Printing Canada’s Generic TPU Filament.
3d Printing Canada is the brand. Their “generic tpu” product is the type of TPU… which happens to be 95A.
So… If you don’t use 3d Printing Canada filaments, then this is not for you.
All other settings and process items are "as standard:
Plate is the Eng Plate - as recommended/required by Bambu Studio for TPU settings
These settings are “layer thickness” agnostic. They are Filament settings. Not process settings
Glue stick - yes - you always have to use glue stick!
