Looks like NeRF reconstruction from real images.
Old presentation. Tech has improved considerably since then. NVidia has published a few papers on this as well.

@BambuLab it looks awesome! it would be wonderful to be able the shown render like this as preview.
3D Printing is all about the printed model and wish that all rendered models were hidden behind a show in 3D button.
I would rather the time be spent improving the experience in other ways.
Looking at the front page of makerworld, I see so many models that have rendered images as the thumbnail, Personally I’d rather see a print of the model.
This 3d render is made from capturing a video of a 3d printed object though. So it’s basically a 3d picture of the print. And I think it will still be hidden under a button for page loading time effeciency.
