3mf/gcode preview image visiblity in the app

Hello everyone,

I’m not quite sure if it’s a bug or a missing feature. In the app on the phone (Android app version 2.4.0) the preview image for the 3mf or gcode is not displayed. The image is not visible in the app. This is a Bambu Studio generated and uploaded 3mf file:

On my X1C, the image is of course shown on the display.
It must be possible to transfer the image to the app?

Hi, I have the same problem. I just bought the Bambu Lab X1C and installed the mobile app. I can see the live feed from the camera, all the data, but I can’t see the preview image that is displayed on the printer touch screen - there is only a placeholder image. Bambu Handy is installed on the iPhone 15. Does anyone have the same problem, or how did you solve it? Thanks, Petr.
