So recently saw a vid on the Obxidian for the X1/P1; so cool! I want to print at high speeds with that thing too!! Hoping they release an A1 version
But until then has anybody else released 3rd party extruders for the A1? Or has anybody looked into finding some way to do a DIY A1 extruder? (e.g. take an extruder like the CHT V2 and figuring out how to make a body to mount it onto the A1)
Neither if you want a reliable printer. The hotend flow really isn’t the limiting factor on an A1. Trying to push the motion system faster while still getting decent prints is really the issue and limiting factor of a “bed slinger”.

Interesting; I’m new to bed slingers so I could see that being the bottleneck here.
I have noticed though that I can occasionally get 0.4mm to work on ludicrous, but 0.6mm almost never work on that speed for me with sport speed kinda working; and 0.8mm isn’t that reliable on even sport speed.
So that’s why I was wondering if maybe better extrusion would say let me do sport mode more reliably w/ larger nozzles like 0.6mm (since I seem to notice a correlation between nozzle diameter, which I’m treating a proxy for extrusion, and print speed)
