I saw something on their X (twitter) yesterday about a P2S giveaway. Guessing it’s from that.

Another one of these poorly managed “contests” that they promised not to do until the worked out how not to screw them up.
They have yet to manage that.
I imagine this will be as well managed as that successful H2D giveaway.
It’s another opportunity to improve. Be positive!
They told me in a communication that they had paused doing anymore as they had realised they screwed each one up and they needed time to figure out how to not screw up more.
The next week another one, it was screwed up.
Had they actually paused, reflected, improved and then started up again I would be positive.
Yet I have been on the wrong side of three so far, each time I get the apology, the promise to not repeat the same mistakes to experience the same thing.
I am someone that believes in actions and not words.
I believe in this “It isn’t the mistakes you judge a company for, it is how they resolve them and improve.”
More importantly, what does my blood type have to do with it?
