A1 0.2mm nozzle flow calibration just clicks

I’m trying to use a 0.2mm nozzle on my A1.

It’s a BBL hotend and filament extrudes and purges well, however at flow calibration the extruder just clicks.

I turned the temp up to 230 (extrusion still works) but flow calibration just clicks again. It will continue clicking till I turn off the machine. Canceling the print doesn’t seem to make it stop.

Any ideas?

Both the printer and Bambu Studio must be set to 0.2 mm.
If the printer thinks a 0.4 mm nozzle is installed, it may attempt to extrude far too much material during calibration, causing the extruder to skip.

Thank you for the reply. Both printer and BB studio are set to 0.2mm, (just checked to make sure). Tried printing again: purge worked with 1-2 clicks. Flow calibration worked for two poops, third time it clicks
