A1 benting edges of objects on PLA Matte mostly and PLA Basic rarely

Hello Bambulabers!
My first impression after some months on Bambu A1 is great!
Made some very good things with it

But after switching from PLA Basic to PLA Matte i got more often errors on my printings.

The problem is that it bents some edges of the printing objects in random positions and it creates small pieces that goes off around the plate.

I tried many times to print the same object or similar but while PLA basic fillament had 1 at 4 the same printing error, PLA Matte seems to have 4 out of 4.

  • I use only Bambulab PLA never used anything else on the printer.
  • I used the predefined options at Filament screen for PLA Matte.
  • I used also PLA Matte but selected at the menu that i use Generic type, or Bambu PLA Basic to check if it prints better but nothing changed.
  • I made full calibrations.
  • I made bed leveling and flow dynamics.
  • I do bed leveling before each print until i get the correct print.
  • The bed doesnt seem to have any scratches or anything else.

I uploaded some pictures for you to check it out.
Any suggestions or ideas on the problem ?

After some efforts it seems that by using PLA Matte white for printing and entering at screen as Filament PLA Basic white has better results without benting errors instead of entering the correct PLA Matte white.

Though i have tried it before in one print for check i think that this time it seems to be ok.

I will leave this post for some trial and error printings for the moment in case it was just one lucky shot but i hope for the best.
Time will show.

NOPE
These misprints are total random!
No lucky shot, no nothing.
It printed 2 in a row last day without any misprint and benting errors but today it just made the same thing 3 in a row times though i made calibrations, flow, etc etc before each start

the black on the picture is made by me, the red spot shows the benting misprint

Anyone having any idea on how to avoid these benting misprints ?
