A1 build plate zone misalligned

Hi, since I have my A1 this was always happening, there are pictures of my attempt printing 256x256x1mm square, as you can see flow calibration line is not covering build plate’s own painted line, I noticed other pictures on the internet have it exactly above that white line.

And this means the whole build plate is shifted back to nozzle cleaning attachments, but I didn’t find any guides how to recalibrate working area, (I assume Y) I already did bed trimming, it helped with monolayer overall quality, but not fixed this, any suggestions? Print head even scratches silicone brush and buildplate’s detent.

Flow calibration line, shifted to build zone and affecting prints sometimes

Line at the edge of cleaning zone, very close and even in the air partially

This corner looks like intended to be printed in the air, the opposite one completely off build plate, so no picture.

Any chance you have this in a cabinet or next to a wall and the carriage is hitting the wall when starting up?

Assuming factory reset + device calibration hasn’t gotten you there:

In the slicer, you can attempt to manipulate this in the Machine profile. I’ve not used it, but the docs say that positive values will be subtracted from all coordinates, so I think you want your y as +1.0 or around there, you may want to double check for yourself.

No walls, it happened on different tables if that matters, but please notice that scratches in nozzle cleaning area looking in place and not shifted for me.

During homing process bed hits both front and back stoppers, as intended

I was thinking of that as a last resort, in the end this is not solving the root cause. Thanks for suggestion

Nozzle looks intact, not bend for my sight

Further digging revealed shifted Y belt position on the roller near tensioner, but can not fix that, it slips to the corner after couple of movements

So, at the end i meesed up white plastic Y tensioner housing and had to rassemble Y axis, it was tilted to the side of the printer and belt travel distance became less because of railplate hitting it a bit earlier, so i alligned it properly and gave a tensioner spring a bit more space to move the whole limitation bracket out of printer and it shifted this frpnt printiong bound for about 2-5mm closer to the edge
