Same here. Did you found a solution?
The clicking noise could be generated by the extruder gear. Please observe if the clicking is generated when the extruder retracts the filament during printing.
In this case the clicking will disappear if you put a little bit of grease (supplied with the printer) on the big yellow sprocket of the extruder.
Was the hotend heating assembly for me.
So I had this exact problem this weekend and found that it was the hotend heating assembly which needed replacement. Specifically, I had tried to open the buckle to swap hotends on one occasion, when the hotend had already cooled. I was new to FDM printing and didn’t know it opened better, or at all, when heated. So, I had deformed the buckle a bit. It still worked, but I guess the more used it the worse it got until it almost didn’t stay in its hinges any longer. After I removed the assemble I noticed the back side almost looked singed in a way. I replaced the assembly, thankfully I keep replacement parts on-hand for anything that moves, and instantly it was back to like it was new.
hello, I read about this peoblema, iri I experienced the same problem, the thread was extruded normally, but at the time of printing this came out all with dots and even did not come out fluently, also you could hear the label. after putting back and removing vsrie times the hotend, I tried to make a calibration of the plan, this solved and the problem for me is gone!
