Is it possible to return the printer in the original box after it has been used for a refund if it is within 14 days?

Check this link: Refund policy | Bambu Lab EU
It states that the machine needs to be unused…

take some time and learn how to use it, its an amazing printer

I know how to print but mid print it cut the filament for no reason
How can i fix this

Do you have the AMS? If so it was just doing a filament change

Yea i have but yesterday i was printing a 3 collor print and al was done only like 125 layers black left and it was flushing in the mid of the black print way i happen?

thats normal it prob had parts of other colors in that area that were small.

Nope only black i checkt it it purge black and i kept going with black again

can you link the 3mf file so I can see what was going on

Yes i can do it in the evening

I don’t understand could you rephrase that

I have the same problem with every print

But your not explaining what problem that is or showing us the print page or 3mF file, we can’t help without those things

My ams station 2 and 4 are not doing a good job he cut the wire with a singel collor mid print for no reason how can i fix it

Video here

That’s not cutting the filament, it’s doing a purge. Maybe it’s sensing an extruder pressure issue and is attempting to fix it. In order to cut the filament the print head moves all the way to the right and slowly presses against the plastic finger that extends off the stepper motor/camera mount.

This could be an issue with filament breaking in the tube from the AMS and having a gap. The machine then senses the gap and will try and get the filament back to the proper position and reset.

Yes but what is the best way to fix it?

This is where you’ll need to do some digging. Start with a known like a pre-sliced model, that way you can eliminate Bambu Lab Studio for now.
Get a set of micrometers and measure the size of your filament. Is it within dimensional tolerances? Then you can see if the filament breaks easily. If you can break it with a slight pressure in the opposite direction you might have some defective filament. Or sometime you might have a contaminated roll of filament.
Look to make sure there is no chewing of the filament from the extruders. If you hear ticking then it could be skipping do to small pieces from the filament filling the extruder teeth.
But I would start with a known model from the factory. Do not edit it. Just run it from the SD card.
Good Luck
