I have an A1 with an ams
This all started 4 weeks ago with a print. I was part way trough when I started hearing a clicking sound on the extruder. I wasn’t far into the print so I opted to stop the print clean out the nozzle and start over. I was able to clear it out and manually run the extruder and get good flow through the nozzle. So I started a print and walked away. I heard the same clicking sound again this time it had run through the calibration. So I left it paused and ran the filament through manually and it it flowed fine no clog so I resumed and it kept clicking. This is when I saw some thin strands of filament around the extruder gear. So I pulled it and cleaned it changed to a different print file different filament ( I always dry my filament before use). I watched the start up the purge worked great as it loaded the new filament then it began the flow calibration and started the clicking sound. This is when I started pulling apart the 4 way splitter and in the process I damaged the filament sensor. I ordered a new one and after waiting for shipping I installed it. This is when I started a support ticket with Bambu labs. It was taking a while so I thought it was a board issue I ordered a new board. And installed that still same issue. Support sent me a new extruder unit nozzle and hotend assembly I replaced all that not fixed. I am at my wits end I am tired of waiting 3 days for support to respond to ask one question I give them the answer within 5 minutes and wait 1-3 days again. If anyone has advice please I am desperate at this point to get my printer going again.
