I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO. HELP ME PLEASE. HEATBED KEEPS ON HEATING NON STOP. GOES TO 85 90 100 then goes back to 65 60. few seconds or minutes lates does it again. my prints are trash, afraid of it causing a fire. help me out please
Please see the instructions here:
If I were you I would submit a ticket to BL and roll your firmware back to when the printer worked ok
If rolling back the firmware does not help, most likely the thermistor has failed causing erratic heating. There is no way the actual bed temperature can swing drastically in a few seconds. But a bad thermistor will result in readings all over the place. Usually it will cause the printer to go into error, but can also cause the overheating. There is a fail safe heat sensor disc in the bed, so it will stop heating at some point.
that do i need to do then i did as the A1 bed regularly overheats. 100°C and more! this post said. contacted the bambulab support and waiting for and answer, still scares me tho
Same problem here from 65 to 90 in a couple of seconds then drops slowly and start over again. Cables and sensors seems to be fine. After some testing i think it only happens when I set temperature over 60c. Need to do more testing tomorrow.
living the same when it goes above 61 it just goes to 90. don’t know. waiting for support to answer i gave them the files they wanted.
Factory reset did not help.
can you send me the thermistor for the heatbed? i couldn’t find anything anywhere about the thermistor on the heatbed.
