A1 hot end hitting prints at different levels

When I first got this printer I assembled it and ran the setup. After it completed the procedure I noticed the hot end wore through the coating where it starts the cleaning.
I have printed various prints, different heights no issues.
Then recently I was printing a holiday train and the printer was at 98% done when it hit the print and dislodged it.
I tried to figure out issues and tried a lower multi color print
As the printer switched from the solid black to the other colors it hit and shifted.

The hotend is quite tight, the bed appears solid so I’d hate to create a problem by loosening stuff if.

I logged a ticket, waiting for a response

I’ll try to add some pictures as reference and some of prints with no issues.

This part is normal

Is your plate really clean? I mean really clean. Maybe the print is lifting a bit and thus the collision. One picture show the purge lines (or whatever they are called) looking like they are not adhering well.
