what is the screw on the left side of the hotend with the triangular hole used for?

To adjust the extruder tension.

in higher tension, out lower is a guess?
I have not dissembled it yet for maintenance so i don’t know what it looks like on the inside

the maintenance and installation sections of the wiki is helpful thank you but that is not the screw I am asking about the one over the linear rail in the center one of the three
I was looking at it and was wondering how would that adjust the extruder

X Belt Re-Tension:

Loosen the tensioning screw behind the tool head, move the toolhead along the X rail， and then hold the triangular screw（But do not press with force） on the right side with your hand, and re-tighten the tightening screw.
