A1 massive nozzle clump now what?

I experienced a massive nozzle clump and now my nozzle won’t heat up due to a sensor error. It appears a bronze wire was damaged on the hot end assembly. How am I supposed to remove the nozzle or clean up the mess? How do I fix this? Why doesn’t the print failure detection ever work?

If it won’t heat up & you want to save it, you’ll have to use a heat gun.
Your gonna need a new fan also, as the housing looks cracked.

What other options do I have, this thing isn’t even a year old

I held the fan to the side, but the heat gun still melted it. This is not fun…

A picture from the front would help.

Also, don’t try to remove it all at once, heat a little & pull off some plastic…heat again, remove more plastic & so on. Try to remove plastic around the clip so you can remove the nozzle.
If you have to, take apart the extruder so you don’t melt anything else.

I had the same problem. I dismantled the head and fitted a completely new hotend heating assembly. I also replaced the two fans.

Using a soldering iron will take longer, but it might be easier to remove pieces safely.
