I had a situation where the filament failed to load from the AMS Light to the extruder (problem with the spool). It tried 5 times and then stopped, but would not let me exit the load filament dialog. I had to cycle power to get back to a working screen.
I could not exit this screen. The only option was to select retry, which sent me back to this screen after 5 failed attempts.
