A1 mini clogged with 300g of filament l

Left printer on a six hour overnight run and woke up to this.

Printer out of commission for 3 weeks, support has offered no solution on how I can ever be able to print again.

Purchased a new extruder unit, heater and hot end, but can’t replace as hot end must be removed to replace extruder.

Any suggestions or am I just spending good money after bad?

Your going to have to use a heat gun or hair dryer to heat up the blob & start pulling it off until you can get to the nozzle clip.
Unless you break something, you still should be able to use everything once it’s cleaned up.

This is the perfect response, to echo you will have to use a dry heat source to soften the material and slowly remove with pliers to see what damage if any has been madeLooks like the cooling fan duct is really low not sure if you removed it or it popped off. but go slow and take your time until you can get it clear.

I do not have Mini so not sure if you can just heat the nozzle to the lowest material print temp to melt the area in direct contact. That would allow you to wriggle that block out slowly without risking overheating of printer parts.

Yes, I forgot to put that in my post above.
