A1 mini Fan turns irregularly why?

Hello everyone,

I am currently noticing that the fan on my A1 mini spins up at irregular intervals during the printing process and then spins normally again.

Is this behavior normal or is there something wrong with the fan control?
Below is a video where you can hear the fan quite clearly during the printing process. It turns up and down irregularly.

Normal. There are a lot of things that affects the fan speed, for instance bridging often means 100% fan.
