Just got my A1 mini today. I assembled everything correctly and went to print the fast benchy. As soon as it started to do its thing, the print head went down, the plate moved quickly to the back and then to the front, during which the nozzle put a huge gash in the build plate. Anyone else have this issue?
Did you tighten the 3 bed screws on the corners of the bed…??
Through the auto bed leveling function, the A1 mini can automatically detect and adjust the height of the print bed before printing and during the printing process.

Yep. I did all the steps and watched the myriad of videos of people setting up their minis. I ended up manually tramming the bed with a gcode file downloaded from the support site. It worked, but I’m left with one side of the PEI sheet damaged.
It’s just a bummer, given the expectations I had of an easy, hassle-free setup.
So far, no response from support.
I’ve got the same issue, just received my A1 today, did support ever get back to you?? And what file did u download to fix the issue?
