A1-Mini has bad skew, X-Y axis not squared. How to Adjust?

Today I printed a part that was basically a large rectangle. When the print finished it didn’t look “square” while on the bed. Took it off and checked with a good square and it is indeed not square. Two long sides are not perpendicular to the two short sides.

How can I adjust the printer so the X axis is “square” or perpendicular to the Y axis? I have not been able to find any help.

Here is a picture of how skewed the X/Y axis are.
Printed this rectangle. Standard settings using PLA.

Have you tried using auto-align in Bambu Studio? It should align it properly.

I don’t see anything called auto align in Studio. Only auto arrange.
My test part is a good rectangle and the STL has been tested on other printers to verify it is ok.
The skew appears to be a mechanical issue with this printer.
Still waiting on support but so far no answers.
I would think there would be a way to be able to adjust for skew between the X and Y axis. If not then it is a defective printer. It is a few months old.
