A1 mini Keeps 'Over Working' Motor on filament cutter

Ive had my a1 mini and it seems to ‘over Work’ the gears / Motor on the x axis. Whenever it starts a print it will go towards the fillament cutter located on the Right hand side and kind on force itself on their / vibrate for a few seconds and go back like nothing happened? It can print but im not going to do it for now. Should i be worried anyone know whats going on??? (Pushes gear here forward ,too much and vibrates with no x axis belt space left!..)

i just had this on my a1, after a few seconds of trying to move over more into the cutter it gave me an error saying the cutter was stuck, this was at the start of the print, it didn’t home itself before this happened.

I would think that you should be somewhat worried. Maybe check your settings in Bambu Studio. Submit a ticket at Bambu to see what they can do.

Oh ok, ill make sure to do that thanks!

Hello, I have the same problem but on the other side by the purge wiper of my A1.

Its been happening since i once started a print with the cardboard cover I use to keep the X Axis clean (The one that was on the printer when I got it). Since then it seems to not properly know where the endstop is. It also doesnt line up properly with the purge wiper and makes the same noise when it get there.

But prints seem fine and centered on the bed.

Does anyone have an Idea on how ot recalibrate the endstop?

Thanks for letting me know as at least i am not the only one with this issue

Hatte auch mal so ein ähnliches Problem mit der Y Achse, vom Support wurde mir empfohlen den Riemen nach zu spannen, Beschreibung findet man bei den Wartungen
