My A1 mini started to make strange noises today. The printer is 3 weeks old and worked without a flaw until today. I’ve attached two video’s, each one with their own issue.
Issue one: when printing the printer makes this noise when moving the bed (only when moving backwards) It goes away after a few layers. But when the print is done and the bed is pushed forward, the sound is also there
Issue two: the printer makes this noise while moving rapidly, it didn’t make this noise before.
Things I’ve done and checked:
Lubrication
Check if the screws are tight
Check if there is any debris on the rails
Checked if the filament spool is turning freely
Done a full calibration
Change settings in the slicer back to factory settings (Bambustudio)
No there isn’t anything under there. I have tried multiple things. The sound got away, but I now has a y-axis vibration error that won’t go. Even after tensioning the belt multiple times and calibrating it again. So I’ve resorted to make a ticket, in hope this can be fixed.
