Hello everyone. I have 2 A1 mini without AMS. and 4 A1 with AMS.
A1 is no more than 2 weeks and 200 hours of work. They have the same problem as in the video.
I don’t know if I can run the video.
In words: During printing, bearings jam or abnormal motor operation occurs. loud sound and grinding. The print head comes back with a heavy effort and the printer calibration is lost. I really need help!

Do all your printers make the same noise, or is it just the mini’s? The screen says cutter is stuck, is that so?
It sounds like the steppers are cogging - not enough current to overcome the resistance. Are they like it from new, or has it recently started?
Have the same problem but less extreme any help?

Hi, my mini is making a bad noise - its coming too far forward - trying to go further than the rail. When levelling it was actually pushing the bed down. I did a factory reset and issue persists. How do I fix it?
