I recently needed to make a support ticket for my A1 mini. It started going too high up on the z-axis with the x-axis. However, while trying to figure that out with support, they asked for my logs. I checked the SD-card, and can only see logs from 2025. I have been printing a lot this year, but there are NO logs or recordings or caches this year. Does anyone know what could’ve happened?
the sd card might be full so it doesn’t save it.
