A1 Mini screen freezes after start of the print

I started 5 hour print on my A1M and the screen freezed, it prints normally, but doesnt respond to touch.

Screen shows:

  • Basic print preview image (the one with the box and G-Code text)
  • 0% complete and 0h0m left (and its like 4hours left)
  • Status shows preparing
  • Screen shows wrong temperatures (21* bed 22* hotend while normally printing)
  • Auto screen sleep (turn off) doesnt work (set to 15 minutes after like 1 hour its still on)

It normally loaded up filament from AMS and its normally printing, but i can’t do anything on it or see informations about print.

Firmware is latest release.

Did you ever get this resolved? My A1 mini touch screen freezes on every print. I can print through the app or studio just fine but if I need to access the machine through the touch screen I need to reboot. I haven’t been able to find any solution so far.

Have you tried replacing the SD card? Often a failing SD card can cause similar problems.

Thank you, I hadn’t. I started by reformatting and that seems to have taken care of it. If it starts acting up again I’ll replace it. Thanks again for your help.
