I got my printer and after I finished setting it up I saw that when it tries to calibrate it throws this error: Printing Stopped because nozzle temperature problem. [0300-8008 112002] I have factory reset but that is about it.
Welcome to the forum! Is the silicone sock on? Try taking the quick change nozzle out and putting it back in.

just tried that but didn’t work sadly
If you just set the temp on the screen does it heat up to what you set it to or does that cause an error too?
it causes an error and the screen just says 0

Mine will heat up to about 135C and then begin decreasing temp
Welcome to the forum! Any error messages? Does it do the same when you try to print something and if you just set it manually from the screen/Studio/Handy?
Click “Assistant” to scan the QR code at the time of the malfunction, and then find the solution.
