A1 Mini V P1P quality

Hey, although one is a bed slinger and the other is a core XY style printer, what is the different in quality? I believe that the P1P is better than the A1 quality wise. But, the smaller linear rail system seems to produce better prints. Obviously this is at cost of build volume. Core XY is better for taller and slimmer prints I’m aware.

The reason I bring this up is because of the reviews. I have watched many, many reviews on YouTube/people talking their options of it for each the A1 Mini and P1P. I have dealt with many printer issues/benchys and to me, the A1 mini exceeds slightly to the still amazing P1P quality. If the quality is a little lower due to the larger build volume, how far off?
Thank you!

IMO a more important question is whether the mini has the build volume you require. There are several things I have printed that do not fit in 180mm.

If it does fit, the A1 is much cheaper and I’m sure budget is a concern of yours or you’d be asking about the X1C.

Yes, I get your point. I will look into how often I print things 18cm+ and go from there.
