So we are not the only one… wtf is happening to Bambu Lab… only 3 days with it and it destroy itself!.. I will try to ask refund… thats crazy
i dont know how to explain it to them they dont understand!
should we contact them together ot stg? or make a good script and send it to them
i made videos showing the axis bending when homing and they are like: that’s normal
please tell me if the bambu support told you anything ybout that cuz they keep telling me it’s normal
They will remplace my printer cause im under the first 14 days. But Bambu said its a error in the G-code and it will be correct in the next update.
Also they offer me to modify it manualy and send me new bed plate and free filaments rolls bit I prefer to exchange it cause its brand new and already get aome serious hits.
Idk, never had this problem, and ive done at least 20 or so homings. Also, a dozen or so prints.
can you tell me what you wrote as complaint?
because they couldnt understand it the way i wrote it :')
if your firmware is uptodate and do this exactly: home/ reboot the printer and start a print directly it will crash into the bed
So the issue of your Z axis hitting the top before each print is coming from the Start and End G Code that is standard for the A1 machines in Bambu/Orca Slicer.
I have talked with support about this in the past and they know it’s an issue but also told me it shouldn’t cause damage to the machine… Well obviously it is causing damage and that was my worry as well.
Until there’s an official release, I have a temporary solution that will work for most models:
the problem is that the print head hit the bed so many times from this mistake and now they are flexing , and bambulab are totally ignoring it
At least you got 3 days… mine isn’t working straight out of the box.
Mine is completely broken from the base, do you know how I can buy one? Just like the one in the photo.
