A1 new Purge Wiper design
if you saw new A1/mini unboxing videos you will see the Purge Wiper
it’s not 100% new design but they change it a little
but it’s not available at the store yet
I noticed that also on my new A1 Mini, I don’t think it was a good change. The piece of filament just lays over the top of it causing the poop to hang in the tray and won’t fallout. I feel like like it was an Unimprovement. lol. usually the second poop will knock it off and its fine after that. Just the first one or after it has sat while changing out a spool.
You guys are lucky your purge is so accessible. On the X1C it’s way at the back and takes long tweezers and such to reach back there with no safe way to access while the printer is running if plastic gets hung up. A pause is safe but the print head doesn’t revisit a purge tower afterwards so it can even make the problem worse. Thankfully pretty rare for us I think.
