A1 not working

Hi All,

I purchased an A1 combo directly from Bambulab Europe.
I was delivered Tuesday and tried it out the same evening.
This is what happened.
Setup was easy, buit quality of this thing is much better than my previous one.
I installed the latest firmware, no problem.
First print: the benchy, it started ok, after a few minutes it pushed the print from the bed and it gave an error “Nozzle temperature malfunction [220934]” so I started all over again, did a factory reset and tried to print the protection thing for the cable (I got an email about this issue). I started with the calibration startupsequense and immediately it went wrong, error Calibration failed. No matter what I try its stock at calibration failed, Did a factory reset again, same problem. So know I’m stuck with a dead A1. I know that sometimes stuff gets broken, I assume mine was an DOA but what’s most frustrating is there’s NO response from their support. I created a ticket with all the details they asked for, no response. What I want is either my money back or a working A1 combo. On the site they say that in order to get a refund or a replacement it must be send back within 14 day’s. If they take a week to answer a simple mail that it might be difficult to send it back within 14 day’s. I’m totally not happy with this situation.

The printer requires some assembly and few connectors to plug. Try to re-plug them.

I checked and double checked every cable and connector. When it starts its calibration everyting starts to move in every direction, forc3 seconds ore so and then the error apperas.

As the other said try Un clip the backplate to unveil the motherboard and disconnecting every cable (don’t need to do thst with the flexible Nape, it’s got filament sensor)
