This worked for us! … so far
besides the loose screws on the hot end. there is also a bug in bambu studio and orca slicer that causes the printer to skip lifting the nozzle during travel causing the nozzle to drag on the infill. the bug was reported in jan 2024 by the op of the below thread. op also made some setting suggestions that fix the issue. i have tested the settings and have had 100% success with getting rid of the nozzle dragging.
seems the main culprit is reduce infill retractions setting under others>g-code output. he also suggests setting zhop height under the printer settings >extruder to .8, .6 works fine for me. op also suggests not using grid infill, grid also works for me with no dragging.
