Just a quick reminder that the SD card is always in use, even when you’re using Wi-Fi. This is where your transferred data is stored. If the SD card is defective, your printer will no longer be able to print - or stops in the middle of printing.
However, since you said that the LED turns off too, the problem is probably with the electronics. You should therefore contact support immediately. These are problems that you shouldn’t ignore.
This is especially important if you have an A1 (not an A1 mini), as these are known to short circuit and burn out. You don’t need to panic, but you should definitely take care of this issue rather than ignoring it for months.
